Been busy
Yes, been very busy. RedBone authors have been doing their thing; Samiya Bashir and Ana-Maurine Lara in Austin, TX have been busy reading; Sharon Bridgforth has been busy travelling, moving and shaking; Marvin K. White is busy working on his secret project; Ernest Hardy is busy working it out; G. Winston James is busy with interviews; and yours truly just popped out another one. RedBone Press is pleased to announce that a longtime dream has been accomplished: In the Life: A Black Gay Anthology, edited by Joseph Beam, is finally back in print!

Thank you to James Earl Hardy for the new introduction, helping to lead younger readers to this important, historic book. There will be a book signing celebrating the re-release of In the Life at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 19, 2008 at Giovanni's Room in Philadelphia. Joseph Beam's mother, Mrs. Dorothy Beam, will be there. Come celebrate with us and buy books!
